Sautee 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 medium onion, 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Add and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes...

1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup oats
1 1/2 pounds broccoli florets, salt and pepper

We make a delicious cream of broccoli soup, and sometimes it morphs into cream of cauliflower soup. Equally delicious, but not on a day when it’s 32 degrees. That gazpacho weather!
