If you are new to my blog, my regular post is here. Smiles and Thoughts I am a 69 year old retired lady living in Montreal, Canada. I was born here and have lived here all my life.
This particular post is different from my regular posts. Comments are off for this post. First of all, I would like to update you all on my health in the chronic cough and difficulty swallowing. It continues, but I am I suppose adjust to it as best I can until I get an appointment with the gastroenterologist. My doctor told me a month ago that this could take up to 3 months. As soon as I have any more information I will share this with you all. Oh, and before I forget, I am in the process of trying to remove sugar from my life (LOL) completely. I know it won't be easy because there is sugar in practically everything, including healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables. But I really want to do the best I can in this aspect.

On the right hand column of my blog you will see a Google translator. You, if need be, can translate my blog posts into any language that is comfortable for you.
Another thing that I hope will help you all. Some may already know this, some may not. If you are visiting a Blogger blog from your cellphone, if you want to see the blog as it appears on your computer, if you scroll down to the end of any post on Blogger, you should see a link "view web version." If you click on that link, you will be able to see the post in its entirety.
There is also a search box at the top of my blog...a little window that can help if you want to look up something from one of my previous posts. You can type in what you are looking for. Here is an example. I have posted photos on previous blog posts of St. Joseph's Oratory situated on Mount Royal here in Montreal. So you would just have to type in St. Joseph's Oratory, click on the search button and it should take you right to that post.
