I am still in the process of looking to buy a laptop. Until then I will post from my cellphone 📱
Two animal thoughts for the day that I hope bring a smile or laugh and brighten 😊 your day.
When you call a 🐕 dog, the dog comes to you. When you call a 🐈 cat, the cat takes a message and gets back to you.
Dogs 🐕 have owners. Cats 🐈 have staff.
Love and 🫂 hugs to you all, thank you so much for visiting and commenting 😊 I will do my best to make a post once a week...Mondays. However my post may appear on a Sunday until I get the time right on my blog.
Your animal thoughts made me smile. :)
ReplyDeleteI've never tried to post from my cellphone. It sounds tricky. Keep it up.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the smile, Linda. The animal thoughts are so true.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
Doing this from a phone sounds very challenging. You need to reciprocate with the bloggers who have started to follow you.
ReplyDeleteIndeed I do. Thank you so much 💓
DeleteGracias por tu visita, intentaré visitarte cuando publiques.
ReplyDeleteMany thanks for the smile:)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the coming new week.
All the best Jan
Cats don't have staff. They allow no time off and pay no wages. I am a cat slave. And have been for years.
ReplyDeleteInteresting how many of us willingly become cat slaves. I don't own a cat but I do like them. P. S. I followed you. I hope you don't have to post on your cellphone for that much longer.
ReplyDeleteThat is so true about the cats and dogs. :)
ReplyDelete3000 years ago cats were worshipped as gods..... cats have never forgot this!!
ReplyDeleteLaughing 😃 The certainly haven't 🤣
DeleteLinda, don't worry, short posts say more than a long one that many people shy away from.
ReplyDeleteHi Linda. Good luck with starting out again. It is confusing with the changes in the blog since you last blogged, but you'll catch on quick. Good luck looking for a computer. I just bought one online from Costco, and it went on sale the next day so I filled out their website form for a price adjustment and received it for the sale price. I have an HP but my kids are saying I should've got a Mac. I have no idea; I just want a cheaper one! andrea
ReplyDeleteCute animal thoughts and so true too. Have a great day
ReplyDeleteI follow through Feedly. You won’t see me on a roll. I think I started that a long time ago before Blogger did the roll thing well.
ReplyDeleteYou are so right about the difference between cats and dogs!
ReplyDeleteI follow blogs through The Old Reader. Thanks for the comment on my blog today:)
ReplyDeleteLove your thoughts on dogs and cats.
ReplyDeleteHuh, when I call my cat she just turns away and goes back to sleep. I've tried that "sleep all day" thing and it isn't bad, maybe I was supposed to be a cat? I am Leo.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your blog from an old timer
ReplyDeleteAs the person in charge of Mollie the cat, who is described over here as a 'golden oldie' at 20 years old and deaf. Her sharp, and occasionally furious miaows if her food, water, bed isn't straightened out is something to behold. She must have had plenty of slaves in an earlier life.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to begin the morning by getting a visit by a new blogger! Thank you for that :-)
ReplyDeleteThis morning the weather is mostly cloudy here on the 42° parallel.

Greetings from Italy,
Giorgio
Greetings from Russia! I wish you all the best!
ReplyDeleteI'm impressed you can post from your smartphone. I can't do that. I still type with my index finger... I love your quote about dogs and cats. It's so true : )
ReplyDeleteSo very true, you own a dog, a cat owns you! Keep well Diane
ReplyDeleteI agree with the cats! I have 6 haha!
ReplyDeleteSo true about cats and dogs. LOL. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteHa ha ! True ! 🐈⬛😺
ReplyDeletei remember reading your post and i thought i left a comment. i don't know how to blog from my iphone, it seems that would be difficult, but i am sure i could learn. dogs and cats, you are dead on!! i hope to see you again!!
ReplyDeleteHave fun choosing a new laptop.
ReplyDeleteDogs and cats. Two huge universes.
ReplyDeleteDogs have owners. Cats have staff. We say that here all the time :-)) Hope that you find your ideal laptop.
ReplyDeleteHi, thank you for the laughs... and that is so true about cats. :-)
ReplyDeleteOur Penelope does just that, I am her staff.
You certainly know about cats!! They can be so haughty at times and so perfectly lovable at others.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week. 🐈🐈🐈
Dogs rule at ours. Daisy is in her crate right now snoring her head off, don't know how poor Alfie gets any sleep at all! Have a great week. Hugs Angela xXx
ReplyDeleteMy late Lucy was a shih tzu, so she had staff as well 😂 (She also lived with cats, so she learned more cat tricks in her old days..)
ReplyDeleteOn Good Friday, it'll be ten months since she crossed the 🌈 bridge, and we miss her so much.. My little munchkin 🐕🤍
Those are darn good thoughts, critters are wise!
ReplyDeleteIt’s easier to post from your phone on blogspot if you use safari instead of chrome, I’ve found.
ReplyDeleteCats definitely run my household 🐈⬛🐈
ReplyDeleteSo true about cats!🐈
ReplyDeleteHahaha, how true it is about cats and dogs. Wishing you a blessed Easter holiday!
ReplyDeletePosting from your phone sounds difficult. But I look forward to seeing what you do in the future with your blog and thank you for leaving a comment on my blog.

Hello Linda. So nice to "meet" you; I've read all your posts on this new blog and I am amazed that you are using your cell phone to blog! I can barely text on my cell phone! LOL. Thank you so much for visiting my blog and leaving a comment.
ReplyDeleteLove and Hugs right back to you my beautiful friend! I hope you are having a wonderful blessed week so far! 🥰🙏❤️ Andrea
ReplyDeleteHi Linda.
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to connect with another Canadian blogger! Thank you for visit and the kind comments!
God bless.
ReplyDeleteI love both cats and dogs, but I agree with you.
ReplyDeleteCats will get back to you. :) They don't exactly answer back.
Thanks for stopping by my Musings blog, however you found me! It's nice to see another Canadian blog. 🇨🇦
ReplyDeleteYes, cats do indeed have staff. Make that servants. 😁
Thanks for dropping by. I am always happy if a fellow blogger joins the community
ReplyDeleteBlogging on a cell phone ? I would get a nervous breakdown, it takes me hours only to type a little message ! What you say about cats and dogs is very true ! I just called my cat, but she hasn't come yet, she has to think it over first, go or not to go !
ReplyDeletenice post about animals ...
ReplyDeletehave a great day
Wishing you the best of luck finding the perfect laptop! We'll be here whenever your wonderful posts appear, Monday or Sunday. 😄 And those animal thoughts, Pure gold! Thank you for the smiles and the virtual hugs. I just followed your blog, please follow back.
ReplyDeleteHello Linda - how lovely to find your comment on my blog! I do love the animal thoughts - so true. I hope you soon get your laptop and perhaps even come to play in the Snippets Playground at some point. Your profile is blank (rather like my face is often in the current world situation!) so I don't really know much about your interests. Cats and dogs for sure - little smile in the UK, Hampshire as my adorable Havanese is having 40 winks beside me!
ReplyDeleteFeel free to ask me if you need any help with Blogger - I'm not an expert but have been blogging for some time and know that it can take some getting used to. Good luck using your phone - that to me is even more tricky-woo!!
Hugs - and a woof from Dudley Dog
Di xx
Paying you a return visit! I'll be following you via my inoreader feed (barring any unforseen issues that is).
ReplyDeleteHello, my new friend! Thank you for visiting my blog. We had a tuxedo cat years ago (RIP Mullen), he was so loving and loyal. I sure do miss him. He owned me and hubby AND the two dogs we also had at the time. LOL! I wouldn't even attempt to post or work on my blog from my phone... especially since I add a lot of programming/css to make my blog the way I want. I use my laptop for all of that ... and everything else in life. Ha! Have a lovely and blessed day!
ReplyDeleteHello, new bloggy friend. Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting. That protest was awesome what with the number of people who attended. My dad's struggling at the moment to keep our blog going but should be able to get back on track shortly. Enjoy life, my dear new friend!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda! Nice to meet you. Thank you for stopping by my blog and saying hi. I am a new follower.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. Wasn't sure if some would take offense at my dog leanings but happy to know you were fine with it. :-) Great dog vs cat quotes you're sharing. Good luck with your new blog adventure.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit and comment, by the way: I'm a cat butler ;)
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend
I laughed at your cat/dog jokes, very true :) Thank you for your kind comments about my husband and know that he is improving daily. Thank you also for your prayers, they are always appreciated.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the comment left on my blog. I'll be adding you to my list to read.
ReplyDeleteI hope you find just the right laptop for you. Happy Easter.
Good luck with your laptop purchase. It can be a little daunting. I don't have much luck using my iphone for blogging. Not sure why that is.
ReplyDeleteHello Linda. Good luck with your blogging. I wish you many followers.
ReplyDeleteThanks too and happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteWe have both cats and dogs and I these statements are so true :)
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, thank you for the visit to my blog. I am following your blog. I wish you well with jour new endeavor.
ReplyDeleteHugs and Blessings
That pretty much sums up the differences between those two animals, but I like 'em both.
ReplyDeletePerfect thoughts about the dogs and cats!
ReplyDeleteFollowed.
Hi Linda! Thanks for stopping at my blog. You are so right on cats and dogs. We've had both!
ReplyDeleteI wish you well from the UK with your new blog. I'm just about to reply to the comment you put on my blog. I hope you get your laptop soon. I have blogged for years whilst on the hoof with my backpacking trips and using my iPhone, and I know how tedious it is.At my advanced years I am now reduced to day walks from home so can blog from home on my Apple iMac desktop I'n comfort.
ReplyDeleteFun thoughts about cats and dogs ~ thanks,
ReplyDeleteWishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

Thank you for visiting my blog with the sweet comment! So true about dogs and cats for I’ve had both. We just have two cats right now and a granddog. They are all so different. I hope you’re able to get laptop soon. I was never able to figure out how to blog or comment from my phone. Take care and Happy Easter!
ReplyDeleteHi Linda, thanks for stopping by my blog. I always enjoy meeting new bloggers and getting to know them. Peace is always a great thing to have.

Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter to your and your family.
Hola Linda.
ReplyDeleteBienvenida al mundo de la comunicación.
Gracias por tus buenos deseos en mi blog.
Y sí, la diferencia entre los perros y los gatos es esa. Los conozco muy bien.
Abrazo.
Hello Linda :)
ReplyDeleteYour post made me smile, dogs and cats have different natures and your thoughts on them are accurate. I hope you find a laptop soon.
All the best from Portugal.
Sonjia.
Thank you for visiting my blog. I follow you know. Cellphones are very good now. Happy Easter.
ReplyDeleteHi Linda,
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my blog.
Easter is a time of renewal, faith and hope in life. May this Easter be as sweet as chocolate and as happy as a tight hug!
A very Happy Easter 🐰🐣💝
Thanks for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteI wish you a happy Easter.
Greetings Irma
Hello, Linda -- First, thank you for stopping by Marmelade Gypsy. It's lovely to meet you. And yes, I have started to follow your blog. Welcome back to the blogging world! Happy week to you!
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting my blog and for your comments! I'm now following your blog. I admire you for posting from your cell phone! I find it way too small. Do take care!
ReplyDeleteLove those dog and cat quotes. I have always been a dog person, and not a cat person at all. My daughter has a cat and a dog, so I'll pass this on to her. ; )
