Your anger? It's telling you where you feel powerless. Your anxiety? It's telling you that something in your life is off balance. Your fear? It's telling you what you care about. Your apathy? It's telling you where you're overextended and burnt out. Your feelings aren't random, they are messengers. And if you want to get anywhere, you need to be able to let them speak to you, and tell you what you really need. - Brianna West

I will continue this series of photos in my next post! The last photo you are seeing is part of a large mural outside of this Montreal Library. There were many parts to this mural, plus there were a couple of other murals.

  8. Good morning Linda. I simply love all the posters and quotes you shared here today. They simply struck a chord in my heart. And the cap napping on the laptop makes me smile, it simply knows the best spot to sleep. And all the photos you took yourself on your cell phone look lovely and so colourful. I like the red tables and red chairs. Have a good week ahead. It is raining cats and dogs over at SG now. Wonderful weather to sleep in and it does make me feel lazy.

The Song of the Ocarina was very uplifting!
