I do love Princess Sassy Pants always. I also like "Those who live quietly often hear the music the world is too busy to notice." Your blue skies are awesome too.
Good day Linda ☀️ wishing you a bright week ahead. Thank you for the 3 bright blue clear sky photos. I never really look at the real sky where I am but only enjoy the sky via photos like yours. Thanks again.
So many good ones today, Linda. I especially like the one by Jane Lee Logan who said, “Sometimes you have to let faith lead the way even though you can't see where it will take you”, which reminds me of the phrase, “jump and the net will appear”. It takes faith to do that. 💕 You post twice a week just like I do. Mine are on Monday and Friday. The pictures you took in Montreal are beautiful! I hope you have a wonderful week. Thank you for visiting my blog and always making such sweet thoughtful comments. 💗
Oh, dear friend Linda, hope is what I need! And learn to worry less! And declutter! My tea is waiting :-) And... thank YOU for existing! And thank you for the smiles, too! February 2024 we took our dream train, the Indian Pacific, from Adelaide to Perth - well, it wasn´t THAT fancy... I had a slinky, too! To a good new week! 🥰
Wonderful post, Lindo. I am learning to let go, but it is not easy. The quote about the mess is true. I like the train picture from February. Thank you for the post, Lindo.
This quote "Bad dreams are not a premonition, but instead a reflection of your fear and anxiety. When you choose to overcome them, the dreams will disappear" is very helpful and a comfort for our friend, Lotus, who had a bad dream recently. Linda, your blog is full of positivity and encouragement! Thank you for your effort to source and post all those quotes!
Hope and faith are what get us through the difficult moments. And a cuppa tea sure does help :) The Just for Laughs video is one of the best :D Beautiful fairy trains!
Gardening heals the soul and fills your heart with joy. Hands in the soil, bare feet on the earth, best therapy there is. Miss Bear and Charlie are rescued kitties, as my were my last five kitty kids. Adopted and rescued animals always know they have been saved 😻😻🐶💖
Dear Linda, I felt completely at home and totally relaxed... take your time if you want to enjoy something! I thought the video with the train was really beautiful... I have to go in May and June... and... :-)) Hugs
i can relate to so many of these, some belong in my book of quotes. "Those who live quietly often hear the music the world is too busy to notice"...really spoke to me. looking up at the sky, never disappoints!!
No dejes que el pensamiento del futuro (o del pasado) oscurezca la preciosidad del momento presente. - Eckhart Tolle Todas son buenas, pero esa me encanta. Feliz semana y un abrazo.
Linda I always look forward to visiting you on Monday's. You know how to share wonderful quotes that inspire and uplift - adore Corrie Ten Boom's. I remind myself of that particular quote often. The flute music was so lovely. Enjoy your pictures of the sky. I am always "looking up" - Hugs!
Hello, thank you so much for your posts. I liked the Corrie Ten Boom quote. I read her book aloud to my boys when they were in middle school. Love, Carla
I so agree with the one about hot tea and book. And the autumn pictures really do it for me. I will keep in mind the advice about appreciating the present. I'm currently unemployed, so I'm trying to enjoy my free time. Which thankfully happens at the best possible time.
Hi Linda, I'm late getting round as the weekend was so busy. You always find such meaningful thoughts. Thank you so much for spending your time collecting them. Hugs Angela xXx
Hello, my friend. I always look forward to visiting you, because I take things away I can carry with me throughout the week. Thank you, and have a cozy afternoon.
Hola, Linda.
Thanks for all your sharing....and I agree, there's nothing like a good hot cup of tea (or coffee in my case) on a rainy (or stormy) day that relaxes the soul. ^_~
"Linda, thank you for this lovely moment of reflection and relaxation! All the trains are beautiful, but I think the November one is my favorite. Sending you hugs and warm wishes – and thanks so much for visiting my blog!"
Linda, lovely post! Married to a Brit you know we believe that about a cuppa tea but never with a teabag in a cup. Oh no, it must be properly brewed in a pot! I am old, i remember the Slinky commercial!
So glad I stopped by for a visit ... your blog, its positivity and eternal hope for all things good ... what we need 'round the world now. Thank your for leaving me a comment on Petals Falling.

Hello my dear friend. Linda, I apologize for my temporary absence from your lovely blog. Your posts are full of positive energy and they are very upbeat. Your quotes always have something important to say for us and our thoughts and life. We really thank you Linda. Kisses from Greece.
Dear Friend Linda 🥰 Your posts are full of wisdom and delight always 🥰👍
I really enjoy your sharing♥️ The quotes are heartfelt and inspirational and it feels nice to read words of wisdom often because they awaken our souls every time more deeply 🥹♥️ Thank you so much for laughter and smiles, videos made my day 👌♥️
Wow, there are so many good reminders in this post. I really needed to hear the one about not letting worry empty today of its strength—that’s a quote I should keep nearby.
Hi Linda, you are a thoughtful person and you are sensitive to people's needs, I guess your readers and blogging friends do inspire the content of your blog, thanks for being such a concerned friend. I am back dear! Ok let's begin from the back/below, ahhh, I like the relaxing flute music you shared with misty mountains in the background as if I am really there as I watch it with Aircon and full blast fan in my Room lol ! However, do you find the music does have a tinge/hint of sadness in it, not sure about you, it is just me.
Ahhh, the Fairy tale video, all the various 4 seasons and themes I like that I do not know which one to choose! The Gag video did make me giggle and laugh today.
Anything unfinished, unused, unresolved or disorganised, is clutter. Clear your clutter to create space for new energy and creativity (maybe it is time to do some spring cleaning when the new year of 2026 is coming?) And I like the "one day at a time" quote. As they say, the days turn into weeks, weeks into months and months into years.
Let the people you love know it. Say it in your own way - but say it! You'll brighten their day and grow (how close you feel) closer to one another. Life is short. Let your love be large. Ahhh, that's what I did recently to my family.
Such a comforting collection—the reminders about letting faith lead and living in the moment landed with me, and the sky photos plus the flute music made this post feel like a calm, restorative pause in a busy week.
Such a nice idea for a blog! I have tried my best to learn from the Corrie Ten Boom quote about worrying. The Louise Hay quote strikes me also as one I want to learn. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit me and for your comments. Please use words and not only emoticons. All comments are moderated to deter spam, so for this reason comments will not appear immediately.
I always enjoy your upbeat posts and photos. Loved the slinky add - I remember that one!

ReplyDeleteSo many good ones today, Linda. I especially like the one by Jane Lee Logan who said, “Sometimes you have to let faith lead the way even though you can't see where it will take you”, which reminds me of the phrase, “jump and the net will appear”. It takes faith to do that. 💕

ReplyDeleteDecember for the train ride.
Enjoyed all. Thank you.
I remember slinkys, my kids had them, the proper metal ones, not the plastic ones you get now that don't work.

ReplyDeleteWow, nice quotes and images. Very positive post, thank you Linda.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't have quite the same beat, but I can almost modify that little poem to fit my life:

And as stormy as can be
There's nothing quite as lovely
As a nice hot cup of coffee!
Visiting here is always inspiring! Thanks!!
