Hello dear friends and fellow bloggers! A very warm welcome to you all! Thank you so much for taking time to come and visit me here! I really appreciate it so much!
Here are today's picks, which I hope will bring some brightness into you day!

Morning anxiety refers to a specific type of anxiety that occurs upon waking up or during the early hours of the day. Individuals who experience morning anxiety often wake up feeling anxious or stressed, and these feelings may persist throughout the morning or for a significant part of the day. These last three photos are of some of my reusable shopping bags. I will share some more in future posts.
I am sorry, but I did not know how to change the position of this photo. I think it is fine, though, that you can see the cat well enough. :)

So many good ones this time, Linda. Two of my favorite ones are “ Find company within yourself and you'll never spend a day alone. Find love within yourself and you'll never have a lonely day. - Connor Chalfant” and “ Don't focus on success or failure: just focus on effort. Focus on trying”. Both are so very true. Thank you for sharing these with us.
Good evening Linda, I guess at this time 9 pm your time, you have completed your meals for the day. I love the pictures on your reusable shopping bags. You are truly a cat lover ❤️ the inside of Montreal metro looks similar to what we have here. Clean and sleek!
🌹🧚😘😘 Dear Linda, I love your energizing posts full of love and positivity, even the kitty artwork—everything is so beautiful! Only good vibes here, you're a true sunshine! Big hug 🌹🧚😘😘
I love that quotation by Gurdjieff! And the artwork on the pet store supply bag too. I've only been to Montreal once, in 1977 when I was 20 (yikes, nearly 50 years ago now!) Going on the Montreal Metro was a big deal for me! It was the first time I'd ever been on a subway.
I love this one - I'm not interested in fighting, hating, blaming or being petty with whatever time I have left in my life. I want to live. I want to be happy. I want to be loved and I want to have peace. I also love the spilt milt. The pug - I love pugs. You sure do work hard on your blog.
Aaaw so many wonderful midweek inspirational quotes, Linda. They truly are uplifting. Adorable shopping bags. I do need to start collecting some of my own for future use. Have a blessed day. Hugs.
Letting go and trust is really good advice, but it´s so hard to do. As is to simply choose to be happy. I like the magnet-idea very much, dear friend Linda. To what the heart holds. And oh, orange-time soon again. I never saw a tram with plastic seats! Cute bags. And thank you for the orange-laugh! Hugs and much love! 🥰
It's so relaxing, and it gives me more courage to go out today, having been with you... your own photos are lovely, they almost look like mine on the subway, and the pretty cat bags and the funny videos! I wish you a successful day! Hugs, Elke
Ha! Ha!, just for laughs, that's a good one. The memes a good as always, very nice shopping bags and do know what you mean when you can't change the photos position. Beautiful song is, Autumn Leaves.
The quote about the spilt milk touched my heart. It is really no point chiding the child, perhaps talking to the child in a loving and firm manner about being careful in future is more helpful. The cats in Lucie Bilodeau Art is beautiful! Ah, I see the cat even though the photo is in portrait instead of landscape format.
Such a lovely post to end the week :) Depression is like a bruise in the soul! Faith is truly a magnet! Now I know why I like oranges so much :) HAve a great weekend!
Hello Linda, dropped in from Stadust. I also love Mary Poppins, magic in routine. Concerning one of the pictures, I’ll quote Oscar Wilde To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance. Wishing you lovely October days!
Hello, Linda Great quotes, we all want peace and love and to be happy. I do love the scent of oranges. Cute kitty art and shopping bags. Take care, have a great day!
Good morning Linda! Rise and shine and give god the glory glory. Let's begin from below. Yes can see the cats on the shopping bags. I had a few too, some bought from overseas and one or two bought locally. The Montreal metro looks the same as what we have here. This, "Don't focus on success or failure: just focus on effort. Focus on trying.", is so wise. If you are too perfectionist and you focus too much on success, you are giving yourself undue stress, on the other extreme, if you focus on failure, you are already defeated before you even start. Next, This, "Don't get upset with people or situations. Both are powerless without your reaction." is so wise and I like the pebbles along the sandy beach pic. "Good morning. Real beauty is not what the eyes can behold but what the heart can hold. What we see with our eyes will vanish someday, but what we store in our heart will forever stay." In our current era and even during the Y2K, there are already many fakes, like what our friend PH said once said, "What you see is not what you get." It is a kind heart that counts. God sees and whatever good or bad you did, God knows. And then, Lovely yellow Daisy flower in this "I choose to be happy! I will not under any circumstance allow my mind to be distracted or bothered by any thought that is not positive, encouraging, constructive, optimistic, inspiring, compassionate or kind. Last but not least, "We shouldn't have to know what people are going for us to have the common courtesy to be nice to them.", hey, this was what I did a day or two ago by helping a plump short haired girl carrying many bags and unable to hook the "lock" to the buckle on one side of her sling bag as her left hand was carrying so many bags with heavy belongings, in our (metro) MRT train. TGIF and enjoy your weekends. Ciao!
You always have so many great quotes that by the time I get through them I can't remember the first ones :) I do like the one about being nice, even when you don't know what is going on in their lives. I do believe that what we focus on will end up happening, we need to focus on the good at all times!
Hey there Linda....sleeping well is the key to being healthy. I think I get plenty of sleep...I really prefer to go to bed around 8:30 but Sam likes to stay up and watch TV,.. I'm not a big TV watcher though. People all around us are going through so many difficult things and to share a nice smile is a simple thing that we all can do. We shouldn't have to know the details...just only be courteous. Have a wonderful day
Hello Linda Lovely post and I did enjoy The Autumn Leaves video with the beautiful voice of Nat King Cole ... and the scenes were beautiful too. I do like the Autumn season. Wishing you peaceful October days.
Another great post Linda, I really liked your photos, very creative! Some wonderful messages to lift anyone who's having a blue day. Such a lovely way to share warmth and love to your fellow bloggers.
Beijinhos!! :)))))
Hello! Thank you for sharing these lovely images and words of wisdom, my friend. I used to suffer from morning anxiety, and it is so awful. I remember having no reason to be anxious or depressed, yet I couldn't make myself get up and out of bed. It was during menopause, and I think one of the worst symptoms women don't talk about. My husband was wonderful. If all I could do was get up and brush my teeth, he helped. Eventually, I managed it and am anxiety free today. Amen!
Oh I resonate with many of these beautiful quotes Love them Today this one speaks to me as I needed it I think "Don't get upset with people or situations. Both are powerless without your reaction." Very true but hard work
these entries always lift my spirits and inspire me. the first you shared was the reasoning behind the small butterfly i have tattooed on my right foot. i had it done when i was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. enjoy these next few days before the weekend!!
Love your photos and cats. Those cat autumn arts are brilliant too :-D Pets are the best, I agree with that quote 100%! And sleep is so very important :-D
"In a more daily language, our pets heal us and make us whole." I'm lying here, one cat draped over my leg, the other snuggled up to my hip, both of them purring. It's simply the best for me to relax.
You must spend forever finding these wonderful memes with us and I'm so glad you do, as I always enjoy them (and probably would never have found them myself!) I love your wonderful cat photos too! Happy weekend, Linda.

Good morning Linda, it is almost 8.30 am at your side. I guess that you may be having your breakfast now. Toasts and eggs? Wishing you a wonderful weekend 💞
Just now, as I wanted to wright here: "Immediately I will go and fetch my last orange from my kitchen", I read the answer of Gill, that British woman: "I need to eat more oranges!" LOVE LOVE LOVE
Hi Linda! Your affirmations are so inspiring, especially the ones about being yourself and being there for others. I have 3 cats, so I love your reusable grocery bags. Thanks for visiting my blog!
Hello Linda, I hope I am not disturbing your sleep 😴 as it is past midnight at your side. You have reminded me to eat the omelette that I love to eat so just now, I went to eat the omelette for breakfast. Thank you for reminding me. I hope you have sweet sweet dreams. Chat with you again on Sunday 🤩
These words resonate deeply. Life’s storms may be tough, but posts like this remind us there’s always light ahead. Thank you for sharing this gentle wisdom...
Who doesn't remember a scent? The memory of the aroma of coffee from your childhood, the aroma of chocolate, the aroma of rain falling on the ground... A beautiful post, my dear friend. Aromatherapy! Greetings.
😽😽😽 Bonsoir C'est tout en douceur Que je viens Vous souhaiter Une bonne et belle soirée Suivie d'une douce nuit Remplie de jolis rêves Gros bisous💗 Rita💗
Good evening Linda, thank you for your kind comment. Yes, the omelette is delicious. It is 6 pm at your side now. Are you getting ready to eat dinner 🍽️? I imagine your dinner must be delicious. Bon appetit!
Your re-usable bags are lovely. I got quite a few bags made from fabric in the different national parks and I always enjoy using them. Only when I go to the farmers market do I use my big basket. I enjoyed this post very much, Linda.
You always have the most positive quotes and pictures to share, Linda. The oranges got to me right away, as my mom used to put oranges in our stockings every Christmas growing up, and then I carried on the tradition and put oranges in my kids' stockings. I didn't know, however, that smelling them can relieve stress, interesting. I always try to have a few in my kitchen. Happy Thanksgiving in your Canada, Linda. Ours is next month!
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit me and for your comments. Please use words and not only emoticons. All comments are moderated to deter spam, so for this reason comments will not appear immediately.
My favorite is the one about the spilled milk. The Metro looks so clean! Not like the subways here. You must love cats as much as we do!

🪶 Bonjour Linda,

ReplyDeleteYour re-usable bags are lovely. I got quite a few bags made from fabric in the different national parks and I always enjoy using them. Only when I go to the farmers market do I use my big basket.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed this post very much, Linda.
