This Week's Encouragement

Hello and a warm welcome to everyone! I am so glad I started blogging again, it's been over 7 years! I am very glad to have found some of you from way back then at my old blog and I am equally as glad to have met some new people! I am happy to be able to post on my Chromebook laptop now, it is much easier and I can do more things as well than with the cellphone!

Easter Monday Inspiration

 Happy Easter Monday to all of you! Thank you so much for visiting me, and I truly appreciate your presence and comments.

I have a new Chromebook laptop with a mouse, and after having done my blog since the beginning...the end of March 2025, I can see why many of you said that I am brave.  😧 Now that I am using my Chromebook to write this, I suppose I was brave in doing all this from my cellphone. You will gradually see changes to my blog as I learn the things I can do, but I am taking it slowly and one step at a time, so thank you all for your patience and kindness. 😇

Important News

 Hello dear friends, I will make my posts on Mondays, on a weekly basis, as I have already mentioned but I really need to post this so that you are all aware of what is happening right now.

First and foremost I wish to thank you all so much for your visits and comments, it really means a lot to me.

My old blog was entitled Linda's Peaceful Place. I had this blog for approximately 5 to 7 years. At that time I had a computer and approximately 800 plus followers which I was and still am extremely grateful for. At the latter part of 2017 I had no computer...and still don't. I do plan to get one soon, though. In the meantime and since I have a cellphone now and only have had this cell for less than a year I wanted to go back to blogging, which I have really missed. I also miss all of you kind 😇 people from way back then so since I lost my last blog due to the amount of time that has lapsed I decided to start afresh...and here I am. Now that you all know who I am, there was a fellow blogger...his name is Lowell and he had an Ocala blog. I remember him and I actually found his blog today but he hasn't posted since 2019. I noticed that he mentioned he had health problems. Do any of you know what happened to him?

I have added a gadget for those who wish to follow my blog but it is at the bottom of my blog...not where I want it to be, but it is there.

I wanted to have this followers button more visibly on the upper right side of my blog but since I am still in this learning curve, I am unable to do it, at least so far. As well, my blog looks a but cluttered and a couple of things...links or gadgets appear twice instead of once.

I want to thank you all for your patience and I really appreciate ❤️ you being there as I try to get all of this worked out.

 A very warm welcome to my cousins and friends. Thank you all so much for visiting me today. I am having difficulty with responding to your comments but please 🙏 do not let this deter you from commenting, as I read and appreciate every single comment and visit 😀 

I am a 68 year old lady living in Montreal, Canada 🇨🇦 I used to have a blog here on Blogger but lost the blog only due to not having a computer for 7 years. I am typing this post on my cellphone 📱 which is new to me so even though I had a blog in the past, it is like I am learning all over again 😅 The technology has advanced quite a bit over the last 7 plus years so not only am I beginning a brand new blog but on a cellphone, which I never had in my life until the last several months. 

I want to thank you all for taking the time to visit me here, and your kind comments and friendship mean a lot to me. 

I will try to make a new post every week, most likely on Mondays. Another thing I wanted to mention is that I am still trying to get the time right on my blog so my Monday posts may appear sometime on a Sunday. 😂
