The following photos are my own, which I took with my cellphone on my walks here in Montreal. These photos are the remainder of the photos from my last post, taken outside of a funeral home. I don't know what the flowers are, I just found them so pretty. You can click on any image to see a larger view.

As in my last post, I took a guess that these yellow flowers are Petunias. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

  9. Thanks for your comment about the posting time of my latest blog post. I've also been having trouble with the blogger reader. My post before this one didn't ever appear in the blogger reader and hardly had any pageviews.

  10. You're right about the petunias! I especially like the quote about putting our names on the title pages of our lives. We do have agency in how we choose to live.

  18. Good morning Linda, I think life is like a sport, and we all struggle to reach the finish. I had a good laugh about Bill Murray. Such a funny joke and completely true. Beautiful photos! The flower is called a Geranium, so full of color. I have them in my garden too. Hope you’re having a great time. :)

In fact, fear kills more dreams that failure ever can!

  20. The pink ones in the first photo are your usual geraniums, deary, I am surprised you don't have them in your window, here we all have them in all colours on our balconies and window sills.

  25. I always love the pictures you share with us. Such colorful, happy flowers!
I like the quote about the feral cats because it reminds me of the second feral cat my sister took in. Very cautious and hissy for years and then, from one second to the other, he decided to sit in her lap in the garden and move in.

  26. I'd really like to watch an episode of Greenacres now, and hear Eva say electricical. Oliver wearing a suit while farming seemed rather odd.

  27. Thank you for always inspiring me! Love your posts!

  28. I've been able to forgive but forgetting is another story.
All those flowers are so pretty.

  37. Another great post and videos. Have a blessed day. Madeline

  38. Last year Green Acres was on at a convenient time (right before the evening news). I watched it quite a bit, and remembered how much I had enjoyed it. Then the schedule changed and it's not at a convenient time any more.

  39. Forgive my lateness!! My favorite today is the Bill Murray quote!! I'm a 10-gallon blood donor. That one made me smile!! xo

  40. the flowers are so colorful and pretty! I would go for daily walks with such lovely view!

  41. Aunque como en ocasiones anteriores me han gustado mucho tus frases e de decir que las que me parecen hoy mejores son las dos últimas anteriores a tus fotos.
El video del control de alcoholemia muy gracioso.

    Saludos.

  42. I truly hope that everyone finds peace, whatever that may look like in their own life. The flowers are beautiful, like a painting brought to life. Thank you for sharing such rich and thoughtful content with us. In your own way, I think you are helping people find a little more peace as well.

  43. The first cat is Frieda's twin, right down to the expression. What Bill Murray said hahahaha!

    ReplyDelete
  44. When I opened this, I totally freaked out! Your first photo credits Gina Greenlee -- who happens to be one of my best friends (and not a blogger but definitely a cat person!) I just sent her your link and asked if this was one of her cat-kids. How many Gina Greenlees can there be? I looked at Purrs of Wisdom but couldn't find this image there! How fun is that!

  45. Beautiful flowers. :)
From the quotes, I like the best the one about learning life and then living it.

  46. Thank you for spreading so much warmth and positivity all the way from Canada!
