Hi Linda! I love the "Never Give Up" theme! Resilience and belief will get through the tough times. Ah, those plants on display, I have the first one in my garden. The second one I had many years ago (it died) and I also have the last one (Peace Lily) as of today.

ReplyDeleteWe call those first plants sanseveria here in Europe, I have three or four in pots in my palace, they are very practical, don't require much sun or water, and are good in cleansing air especially in bedrooms. One of them is I think older than me LOL

Jane Goodall has been one of my heroes since I was 12. I have been so lucky to be able to see her speak once. That particular video always makes me very emotional.

ReplyDeleteSpring always makes me appreciate the beauty and fragrance of plants and flowers. My heart purrs along with my cat because we're happy to be together. I don't really believe in "never give up" but instead work toward the balance between not giving up and when to let go. Sometimes you shouldn't "never give up."

Have a safe, calm, joyful, peaceful and happy day ahead! Do look out for crowds and pay attention to safety whenever you are taking photos and shots outside. Sometimes it can be dangerous. ReplyDeleteI was deeply moved by the stories you shared today, especially the video about the rescued chimpanzee and the kitten — they are simply incredible. It is sad and painful that not all people are able to appreciate and understand animals, and instead treat them like objects.
